Does this include Puerto Rico government contracts?
No. This page covers federal contracts reported to USASpending. For Commonwealth (state-level) contracts, see contratosenley.org, which reads the OCPR registry. CivicaPR does not duplicate OCPR data.
What is federal spending per capita in Puerto Rico?
Do not divide the multi-year cumulative total by today’s population. The total spans 2002–2026 across population change, multi-year performance periods, and recipients domiciled outside Puerto Rico performing work on the island.
