Doriel Pagán Crespo is a Puerto Rican chemical engineer who served as the Executive President of the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (AAA) from February 2020 to February 2025. She was the first woman to hold this position and several other key operational roles within AAA. Following her tenure at AAA, she was hired by LUMA Energy to manage federal funds.
